ABOUT

Passionate about creating spaces for people to make sense of themselves and the world ...

For over twenty years, I’ve designed and facilitated reflective spaces that help people slow down, think together, and speak honestly about what’s really happening. These spaces don’t promise quick fixes. They create the conditions for clarity, connection and movement - even when answers aren’t immediately obvious.

My work often supports organisations when:

  • teams feel stuck or overwhelmed

  • strategy feels disconnected from lived reality

  • change is happening faster than meaning can be made

  • important conversations are being avoided or postponed

I bring a calm, questioning presence to complex situations, helping groups notice patterns, surface assumptions, and make sense of multiple perspectives — while staying attentive to the human dimensions of change.

I work across sectors, including international development, higher education and civil society, and I’m trusted to facilitate sensitive conversations with integrity, care and rigour.

At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: when people are given time, space and facilitation to reflect together, new possibilities emerge - for individuals, organisations and the systems they are part of.

How I work - process & Principles

I work responsively, paying attention to people, context and energy.

My role is not to impose frameworks but to design processes that help groups make sense of what’s unfolding together. I:

  • design lightly and hold carefully

  • adapt in response to what is emerging

  • balance structure with openness

  • work with uncertainty rather than against it

  • value presence over performance

  • trust collective wisdom and shared inquiry

Each space is shaped with intention, but never scripted.
