Working together can lead to insights and breakthroughs in approaches that we could never make alone. I work with organisations and groups to design and facilitate participatory processes where people come together across sectors, countries, teams or organisations.

Here we share knowledge, experience and ideas, explore issues and challenges, reflect and learn from each other, think critically and creatively and explore new possibilities and approaches. People generate new insights, ideas and actions which can then be taken forward. ​
