Facilitating collective spaces for groups to connect and collaborate, reflect and review, explore and make sense, be creative and have fun, problem-solve, plan and find ways to move forward.
I work in partnership with organisations and teams to co-design processes, spaces and learning journeys.
These engage people across different teams, countries and sectors.
We develop key questions, look at approaches and methods both face to face an online which break down silos, promote reflection, identify gaps, generate ideas and opportunities. As a result of these processes, organisations have collectively developed new programming frameworks (VSO), Theories of Change (Infrastructure Transparency Initiative) and shared approaches to practice (Oxfam Novib, Rights Based Approach).
